Client’s Challenge

The client had a vision to maximise a small 1 bedroom flat with high ceilings, in central London and make it more usable. The unusual architecture made traditional furniture difficult, but offered unique opportunities for a bespoke solution.

Result

Our bespoke design works perfectly in rooms with high ceilings and within awkward spaces. We created a custom loft bed that fits perfectly and integrated a multi purpose storage solution to access the mezzanine loft. The flat’s uplift as a result of our solution was £75,000, which generated a 3X ROI on a £25,000 spend.

Client’s Challenge

A dark, cramped box room with dated wardrobes and a double bed that took up most of the floor space was being wasted. The client needed a bright, functional study space with smart storage for a home office.

Result

We transformed the space with our innovative storage stair system that doubles as a bookshelf and provides access to elevated storage. We designed a cabinet to fit a keyboard. The custom desk by the window creates a light-filled workspace.

A tiny bedroom, in a modern new development in South London, lacked personality and with a mattress taking up most of the room, making it difficult to make into a multi-functional room, for their growing son.

We created a beautiful, Scandi inspired and personalised adult loft bed solution with a multi-purpose stairs storage and a long contemporary desk that was made to fit underneath the loft bed.
